CERTIFICATION OF NEW PRODUCTS

The company ABO valve implements the subsidy project "CERTIFICATION OF NEW AND INNOVATED PRODUCTS" in the company ABO VALVE, s.r.o. The project is co-financed by the European Union, within the Operational Programme Enterprise and Innovation for Competitiveness - OP PIK 2014-2020.

1. Verification of the conformity of the 500 series shut-off valve with the requirements of the standards applicable to products intended for use in explosive atmospheres. Verification of conformity will be carried out according to the procedure of EN ISO/IEC 17067:2014. The final outcome of the verification of conformity is an Ex certificate of the product based on the positive results obtained during the documentation check. All activities related to conformity assessment are carried out by an authorised laboratory in relation to the requirements of the standard applicable to non-electrical equipment intended for explosive atmospheres ČSN EN ISO 80079-36, using the corresponding requirements of ČSN EN IEC 60079
2. Verification of compliance of the new design variants of the 900 series butterfly valve with the requirements of the standards applicable to products intended for use in explosive atmospheres - extension of the existing certificate to include new product variants with aluminium bodies and new cuffs of type NBR-004, EPDM-022 and ECO-002.Verification of compliance of the new product variants is carried out according to the procedure identical to that described in paragraph 1. The result of the verification of compliance is an addendum to the existing FTZÚ 14Ex0004 certificate.
3. Verification of compliance of new design variants of the 2E-5 series shut-off damper with the requirements of the standards applicable to products intended for use in explosive atmospheres-extension of the existing certificate with new product variants. Verification of the conformity of the new product design variants shall be carried out in accordance with the procedure set out in paragraph 1. The result of the verification of conformity is an addendum to the existing certificate FTZÚ 19Ex0014.
